RETURN POLICY
We Special Order your dress, shoes, or accessories in the size and color you choose. Almost every Special Occasion retail dress store (including ours) has a NO refund/return/exchange policy. When we receive your dress, shoes, or accessories from the manufacturer, we inspect the article to be sure it is the correct style, color, and/or size. We also inspect all of the beading, embroidery, the hems, and seams. If our standards are not met with the gown, we will contact the manufacturer for a replacement BEFORE it gets to you! Note that the color swatches used on our site will vary from monitor to monitor and should only be used as a reference to similarity of product color. Since we order your dress, shoes, and/or accessory in the size and color that you choose, we cannot return them to the manufacturers. In turn, Formal Approach has decided not to inflate price our gowns $75 to $100 over regular retail. We want our customers to have the lowest price possible. We can not have specially ordered gowns returned to our inventory. In-Stock pieces have been inspected and met our standards for sale before being shipped to you. Therefore these dresses, shoes, or jewelry/accessories cannot be returned to stock once they have left our store. Our policies allow us to pass huge savings on to our customers. Stores that do accept returns (big retail chains) mark their prices up to offset costs like returns or exchanges, and cannot guarantee the dress has never been worn.
