Return Policy: Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange your order within 48 hours less a 25% restocking fee.

- If your item is being made, or is scheduled to come in on a future shipment, you will be responsible for the restocking fee even if your order has not shipped. - Any returns must be unworn, have all original tags attached, and be returned with the bag; free of makeup, stains, deodorant, odors (ex. cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.), alterations, or other damages. - If an item is returned with one of these problems, you will be charged the entire cost of the item.

Shipping: Free UPS Ground shipping for all orders over $100 shipped within the continental United States. Faster shipping is available at checkout, $35.00 for Next Day Air and $20 for UPS 3 Day Select. Remember: In most cases it will take 3-5 days for your dress to ship out with shipping method you select at checkout.

Billing: We take Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards and PayPal.

Ordering: Trust your information with us. We use Network Solutions secure servers and SSL to be sure all your information is secure through the order process.

Ship dates: Most orders ship out in 3-5 business days. If you have ordered a popular size or color that it not immediately available, we will try and fill your order by your Wear Date which is required at checkout. If you are not comfortable having your dress arrive close to your wear date, you should choose a wear date that will give you time to find shoes, makeup and get alterations done.

Sizing: How will my dress fit? Every designer uses a different size chart! You need to look at the size chart and measure yourself to find the correct size. If you do not do this, your dress will probably not fit.

Alterations: Plan on having alterations done when you receive your dress! About 90% of our customers have to have some sort of alterations done to their dress for it to fit properly. Plus, it will probably be wrinkled from shipping so you will need to have the dress steamed by a professional.

Privacy Policy: We do not share the information you give us with any 3rd party unless it is someone like UPS or FedEx so your order can be delivered.

Authorized: Formal Approach only sells 100% new authentic formal gowns with all labels attached and sewn in. We are also a member of the International Prom Association, My Fabulous Day, Sensory 9 and Southern Independent Formalwear Association.

Returns and Exchanges:
1) Click here to print out a return label
2) Call 865-475-8641 and ask for a Return Authorization Number (RA)
3) Pack your order back in the box with all the original tags attached, and ship it back to us using UPS or FedEx. We do not accept shipments from the Post Office (USPS)
