Energy bites are simple, yummy and totally customizable. What we love about these is that you can make a large batch in advance, and snack on them for days! Nothing is worse than being hungry and having to wait around cooking before getting a snack! These energy bites are full of protein, and can be tailored to fit your taste buds. Some of the main ingredients we suggest keeping in there are: oats, peanut butter, and chocolate chips. The rest is all up to you - get creative with them!
This one is definitely one of our top picks when it comes to homemade snacks. These snack crackers are SO good!! Take this as a forewarning, you will want to eat the whole batch! All you need is Oyster crackers or any kind of cracker you might put in chili, olive oil, and some spices like: garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes, etc. Toss the crackers in the mixture and boom! The best snack is ready to go for the week, or the day; we’re telling you they are hard to put down!!
Here’s another healthy snack option that is sure to be a hit! Stuffed celery and/or mini sweet peppers are such a great snack that tastes good and is good for you! (for the most part!) Cut the celery or peppers in small strips/sticks. Fill them with cream cheese. Then shake a little, (or a lot) of everything bagel seasoning on top and you will be ready to snack!
