RETURN POLICY
We simply want you to love everything about your Formal Approach experience! That's why even returning your online purchase couldn't be easier. Try your online purchase on in the comfort of your own home and for your licensed alterations service if necessary (FYI It is quite common for formal dresses and tuxedos to require some level of alterations for the perfect fit). If you are not totally in love with your online purchase, for any reason, simply request a Return Authorization Number with the link below within 3 days of delivery (this includes weekends and holidays) and ship your item back with the provided shipping label.
Once you receive your return shipping label via email, you have 3 days to drop your package off at the nearest postal facility. Upon receiving and processing your return, we will gladly refund your item less a 15% restocking fee. Once we receive your package, it can take 3-5 business days to process your refund. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Be certain the item you are returning is unworn and in the same condition as you received it with all original tags still attached.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Items that have been worn, altered, cleaned, show signs of pet hair, smoke or various household smells and aromatics cannot be accepted.
Please note that for multi-dress orders, we can only issue a Return Authorization for up to half the dresses in the order. For example, if you order 2 dresses, you may return 1; if you order 4 dresses, you may return 2. This policy helps us manage inventory effectively and continue to offer a wide selection to our customers.
Once an order has been placed, our return policy is implemented. The restocking fee applies to all cancelled orders whether it has been shipped or not. All cancelled orders will incur the 15% restocking fee.
All items purchased in our retail store are a final sale.
