Embracing October!

We have officially spent a whole week in the month of October! We are firm believers that this kicks off the best time of the year. Here in East Tennessee, the leaves are just now starting to change. We are not in full on Autumn just yet with the gorgeous fall colors, but it is starting to cool down outside and we are feeling all the fall and spooky vibes! 

Now is the perfect time to kick off the spooky season because it will only be October for three more weeks! We know, that sounds crazy but we want you to fully embrace this season and enjoy it all you can! With that said, we have to make sure you’ve heard the HUGE news in the realm of Halloween movies - Hocus Pocus 2 is finally out! We are huge Hocus Pocus fans and we cannot wait to watch the new sequel to the classic favorite. You can officially watch it on Disney+. Be sure to let us know what you think and we can debrief on the movie! 

We have already seen so many fun Hocus Pocus premiere parties. If you are not a Hocus Pocus fan, no worries - there are so many fun halloween movies that you can plan a spooky night in around. Invite your best friends, make festive charcuterie boards, and embrace the fun! You can also plan to do a spooky themed craft or make spooky cookies to really get in the spirit! 

So have some yummy snacks, enjoy your people, and then cozy up for a little movie night. Grab all the soft blankets, throw on your comfy sweats and grab your coffee or hot cocoa and watch a nostalgic Halloween movie! Here’s a few options to get you thinking and to help with planning: Halloweentown (there are so many of these!)Casper, the Addams Family, Twitches (our fav!), etc! The options are endless, have fun with it!
