The off the shoulder straps are adorned with gorgeous beaded fringe to match the intricate beadwork on the entire dress. Portia and Scarlett’s style PS23178 is such a unique number that we cannot wait to see at fall and winter formals! It features a sweetheart neckline, ruching bodice, exposed corset-like lines and golden embellishments. The bodice is super sleek, while the embellishments are all along the skirt hem. It features an off the shoulder neckline with cap sleeves, an exposed corset bodice, sleek skirt and is crafted from beautiful velvet fabric. The velvet is paired with gold embellishments that add a royal flare to the overall look, and stunning golden fringe add spice to the look over the leg and on both arms. This look comes in several jewel tones, perfect for these cooler months!
