Below the corset, the skirt opens into a high-low silhouette constructed from multiple tiers of gathered tulle, each layer ruffled at the edge and slightly fuller than the one above it. The front hem rises well above the knee, while the back tiers sweep long behind, giving the skirt a dramatic, cascading proportion. We saw this style move on the runway at the Sherri Hill New York Fashion Week show in September 2026, and the tulle tiers carry real volume in motion without losing their layered definition.
