It has a simple bodice with a plunging neckline, thick waistband and a fabulous, full tulle skirt. The skirt actually has glitter throughout, so you will definitely sparkle! The back also adds some flare; it is called a butterfly back. It features two straps that connect in the middle, two sheer panels and a triangular cutout.
